2. Central terms

Personal data is information that alone or together with other information can be used to identify, locate or contact a person. Examples of personal data are name, telephone number and IP address. Processing of personal data means all forms of handling of personal data such as: collection, analysis, registration and storage. The person in charge of personal data is the one who determines the purpose of the processing of personal data and which information is requested. It is the person in charge of personal data who is responsible for handling your personal data in accordance with the current Personal Data Act.

4. What type of information does Zilento AB collect?
When you register via a form, order a service or product, comment on content or visit zilento.se, you may be asked to provide information. Depending on the situation, Zilento AB may request the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mail / delivery address
  • Phone number
  • Other information such as in-depth questions or answers to forms
  • Technical information: your IP address and user behavior, browser type, language and information about identification and operating system.

5. Clause 6 f as an alternative to selected consent via website

Zilento AB assumes legitimate consent based on section 6f of the Personal Protection Act. If you have entered into a customer relationship, or you are a new customer, this will be a legitimate reason for sending you information. This is equated with consent according to the Marketing Act, as the law has existed in Sweden for many years. You can revoke this consent for Zilento AB to process your personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent, the information will be deleted. Please note that deletion of the information at Zilento AB can affect the customer relationship, as well as affect ongoing dialogues.

6. Information from other sources

When you consent to Zilento AB processing your personal data, you also agree that Zilento AB can register other information about you that you have provided on a previous occasion. Based on publicly available information, Zilento AB can also supplement your registered information and additional contact information. If you are a customer, Zilento AB can also add additional contact details to your details, which you have registered via e.g. telephone for customer service. Information necessary for the services you will use will also be stored.

7. The purpose of the processing of the personal data?

The information you provide is used for the following purposes:

  • Sales and marketing activities in the form of direct e-mail or telephone contact
  • Customer care
  • Statistics and information about user behavior to improve both the website and the user experience itself so that Zilento AB can give you a more personalized experience and deliver products and other content that interests you

Zilento AB requests your personal data in order to:

8. Consent to email correspondence, direct marketing and further contact

When you consent to Zilento AB processing your personal data in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, you consent to the following:

  • Zilento AB processes your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy
  • Zilento AB may send you direct marketing via e-mail about products and services
  • Zilento AB can contact you via e-mail or phone
  • Subscription to newsletters via e-mail that you yourself have chosen to receive. You can refuse further e-mails by following the link at the bottom of sent e-mails, or by contacting Zilento AB directly.

9. How long is the information stored?

Zilento AB only processes the personal data as long as it takes to fulfill the purpose of the collection, after which Zilento AB deletes the information. If you have an active dialogue with us, Zilento AB takes care of your data for 2 years from the last contact; then the information is deleted. An active dialogue is defined as having interacted with Zilento AB or representatives of Zilento AB during the last 2 years by telephone, by replying to e-mails, ordering goods, downloading material on the website or registering via a form. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data in connection with accepting regular e-mails, Zilento AB will continue to process your personal data until you cancel your subscription. Your personal data is then stored for 2 years before the data is deleted. If you are employed by a company that is a customer of Zilento AB, your data is processed within the framework of customer processing. For active customer relationships, Zilento AB processes your information until (1) you terminate your position in the business, or (2) the business no longer has an active customer relationship with Zilento AB. When a customer relationship ends, the conditions for storing and processing information change to the same conditions as described in the previous section. If you end your employment with the company, you yourself are responsible for notifying Zilento AB so that the data can be deleted.

10. Who can the information be shared with?

Information provided will be available to a limited number of people in the business, either working with marketing activities, support or sales.

11. Information sharing with third parties

Zilento AB does not sell your personal data to third parties. If there is an ongoing sales or customer dialogue between you, Zilento AB and one of our partners, the following will be shared:

  • Email address
  • Mail / delivery address
  • Phone number

If Zilento AB has registered your data in connection with an event carried out together with an external party, Zilento AB may transfer the same categories of personal data as stated above, as well as any answers to additional forms or in-depth questions.

12. Where is the information stored?

The information is stored by Zilento AB in the customer system. Zilento AB has a data processing agreement with the company, which in turn has agreements with its subcontractors.

13. Your rights in relation to access, erasure and possible relocation

You have the right to receive information about what information Zilento AB has about you. You can also demand that Zilento AB correct incorrect data or delete your data. If you wish to withdraw your consent or request an overview of information, correction or deletion, contact Zilento AB at the email address we have provided under the contact details section. To obtain such information, you must send an electronic copy of the request on a signed document. If you want to move information, Zilento AB can also help you with that

14. Other purposes

Derson Zilento AB must use the personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, the obligation to provide information will re-enter and Zilento AB must indicate what the new purpose is and provide parts of the above information again.

15. Cookies

16. Email and telephone

Zilento AB uses e-mail and telephone as part of its daily work. Relevant information that arises during telephone calls and e-mail exchanges that take place as part of customer processing are registered in the customer system. Zilento AB also uses e-mail in general dialogue with internal and external contacts. The individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant and at least annually to review and delete unnecessary content in the mailbox. Sensitive personal data must not be sent via e-mail.
